UTM/Firewall Monitoring insures that your Fortigate is receiving and applying immediately all anti-virus, Intrusion Detection/Prevention and SPYWARE definitions as they are released. Clients are provided testing of all Maintenance Releases in a lab environment, sparing them the potential down time of applying an update that has issues. A scheduled consultation is included to supply the client an indepth analysis of all their reports. This information can ease the implementation of the proper access policies that are needed as threats evolve.

UTM/Firewall Management

The third level Managed Security Services from MTBW Services is the UTM/Firewall Management solution. Some clients are uncomfortable applying UTM/Firewall policy modifications and firmware updates. MTBW Services, Inc. will apply, after consultation with the client, the necessary adjustments and firmware updates after lab testing. This relieves the onus from the client of potentially configuring the system improperly and interrupting Internet access.
